Antonia Baity, Playzone Manager
Antonia Baity is a college student who brings energy, responsibility, and a genuine love for creating fun, safe experiences for families. As the BBQ Playzone Manager, she ensures the play area runs smoothly, stays clean, and remains a welcoming space for kids and parents alike—all while balancing her studies and leadership role.
Gia Laudani, Vendor Manager
Gia Laudani is a college student and the Vendor Manager for Sizzle and Splash. Alongside her role managing vendor relationships and responsibilities, she contributes to content creation and supports the organization’s growth, brand presence, and spreading awareness. Balancing college, work, and her responsibilities with this amazing organization, Gia brings dedication, creativity, and strong organizational skills to everything she does.


Kalie Kendall, Concession Vendor Manager
Kalie Kendall is a hard-working, passionate, and loyal person with a love for events, hospitality, and serving my community. I am a wife, mother, and I am very family-oriented. Every job I've held has been in the foodservice and hospitality industry because it's something I have a natural talent and passion for.

Samantha King, Food Vendor Manager
Samantha King is a dedicated first-grade teacher, mother, and passionate advocate for child safety. She has been a proud part of The Wesley Seth Foundation since its beginning and actively supports the foundation by helping with as many events as possible. As a teacher, parent, and trusted presence in the lives of her friends’ children, Samantha strongly believes in the importance of educating children about water safety. She is honored to work alongside The Wesley Seth Foundation to raise awareness, protect families, and help save children’s lives.
Deanna Rankin, Stage Manger
Deanna serves as the Entertainment Manager for The Wesley Seth Foundation, bringing creativity, organization, and heart to every event and initiative. With a passion for uplifting others through engaging and meaningful experiences, she plays a key role in creating programs that inspire joy, connection, and community involvement.
Deanna is married with 2 bonus children. She has a passion for music and traveling. With no musical talent herself, she found other ways to be around the industry. She is excited to put that eagerness and love into serving as Entertainment Manager for the Wesley Seth Foundation.
Deanna works closely with performers, partners, and volunteers to ensure each event aligns with the foundation’s mission and leaves a lasting, positive impact. Her dedication, attention to detail, and enthusiasm help transform ideas into memorable experiences that support and advance the foundation’s goals




John Laudani, BBQ Supervisor
John Laudani is the BBQ Manager for Sizzle and Splash. With over 30 years of management and logistics experience, John ensures every detail of the barbecue operations runs seamlessly. From coordinating schedules and overseeing equipment to managing the flow of the event, his expertise guarantees a smooth and enjoyable experience for participants and guests alike. John’s strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence make him an essential part of the team, bringing precision and passion to every aspect of the competition
Melissa Laudani, Kids Que Manager
Melissa Laudani will be coordinating the Kids' Que Competition. Her over 30 years in education makes her the perfect person to wrangle the younger barbeque cooks. Melissa brings a wealth of experience in organization, leadership, and working with children, ensuring the event runs smoothly and is fun for all participants. In addition to managing the competition logistics, she fosters an environment where kids can learn, grow, and showcase their culinary creativity. Her dedication, patience, and ability to engage young chefs make her an invaluable part of the team, helping to create memorable experiences that celebrate family, food, and community.




Rennie Boutwell-Lovely, Vendor Supervisor
Rennie Boutwell-Lovelybrings over 30 years of experience from the corporate world, where she specialized in event planning and large group organization. Known for her dedication to creating amazing and successful experiences for all attendees, she is passionate about utilizing her skills to serve a greater purpose. As a wife and mother, her work is driven by a profound commitment to her family and community, motivated by a personal mission to help protect others from experiencing the type of devastation her own family has endured.
